General Refund Terms

• All services offered by Kirali Web Services are non-refundable.
• This includes but is not limited to domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, business email services, and any other digital product or service.
• All services are provisioned via third-party API integrations and registrars. Therefore, once a service is activated or processed, we cannot cancel, reverse, or refund the associated payment.

Third-Party Dependency

Most services provided by us are dependent on third-party providers (registrars, hosting vendors, email service providers, etc.). As payments are processed and forwarded instantly to these third parties, we are unable to issue any refund after activation.

No Refund on Change of Mind

Refunds will not be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or dissatisfaction once the service is activated or delivered.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for reviewing service details before making a purchase.
• We advise confirming all terms, pricing, and deliverables before payment to avoid confusion.
